Frequently Asked Questions

To check your orders, go to the orders. Here's what you will see:

Preparing for shipment: This means that we received your order, and we are currently processing your supplements. When your order ships, we will send you another email with the tracking information.

Shipped: Your order has left our facility. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will see a link to track your package.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it from your account. Go to orders, click on the order you want to cancel and click "cancel this order." If you need help canceling your order, you can email us at orders@healthieraging.com. We will respond within 24 hours. If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it.

All items are non-returnable. If the item arrives defective or damaged, you may request a replacement or refund. Please contact us at orders@healthieraging.com.
